Black Dyke Mills was the most famous in Yorkshire. Today, it is a large complex of 400,000 sqft of space between Halifax and Bradford, and views over the hills of Brontë Country.

Known locally as Sedburgh Mills, this former dye works in Halifax is being given a new lease of life with more than 7,000 sq ft becoming available.

The historic Shaw Lodge Mills, in the centre of Halifax, is a 27-acre site with 250,000 sq ft of space, with a further 20,000 sq ft coming online in 2024 & 2025.
