HISTORY
Cottage Street Mill was built in the late 19th century as a silk manufacturing mill. It later became a furniture manufacturing site, before switching gear to become a Superbike Factory.
COTTAGE STREET MILL TODAY
Lowry Partnership purchased this mill in 2006. Cottage Street Mill today is currently empty while refurbishment work continues.
Once complete, 23,000 sq ft of space will be available for workshops, storage and manufacturing.
