New life in Coppull Mill

The Lowry Project has started an extensive refurbishment at Coppull Mill, a historic five-storey cotton spinning mill located in Chorley, Lancashire.

This comprehensive project aims to transform the mill into a vibrant hub of activity, featuring modern office spaces and revamped upper floors. We are also pleased to welcome a new tenant who has just moved into the freshly refurbished second floor.

Office space and upper floor revamp

One of the key aspects of this refurbishment is the creation of modern office spaces. The redesign will ensure that the offices are not only functional and efficient but also aesthetically pleasing, offering a comfortable and inspiring work environment.

The upper floors of Coppull Mill will also undergo a significant transformation. These spaces are being revamped to accommodate a variety of uses, from additional office space to potential residential or commercial uses in the future. Our aim is to maximise the potential of every floor, making the mill a dynamic and versatile space.

Welcoming our new tenant

We are delighted to announce that a new tenant has just moved into the second floor of Coppull Mill. The refurbishment work on this floor has recently been completed, and it now features state-of-the-art facilities while retaining its historical charm.
